15-STEPS TO ASSEMBLE THE PERFECT GOLF CLUB
Golf clubs that are manufactured inconsistently teach
golfers to swing inconsistently.

golf clubs teach the golfer to swing and play with consistency.
Golfers should be aware there are no
standards in the golf club industry. In
general head designs, shafts, and grips must confirm to USGA guides lines; but
the consistency of the assembly is left up to
the manufacturer.
The 15-steps ESI Golf uses to build the Perfect Golf Club for you are:
1.
Start
with a comprehensive Fitting Blueprint for assembly from your Clubfitting criteria.
2.
Weigh
and sort all your shafts
3.
Zone
Frequency Sort all your shafts
4.
Spine,
and FLO all the shafts.
5.
Check
the depth and length of the hosel of each head to confirm they are consistent.
6.
Weigh
all the heads and ensure the weight difference between each head is consistent
then adjust Head Weights to attain Fitted Swingweight according to your Fitting
Blueprint.
7.
Weigh
and sort the grips to ensure consistency.
8.
Temporarily
attach the heads to the shafts, mark and cut the tips of the shafts while you
frequency each golf club ensuring they conform to your Fitting Blueprint slope.
9.
For
Graphite shafts: Countersink each hosel and remove the thin layer of paint from
the tip end of the shaft approximately 1" and for Steel shafts sand the tip of
the shaft approximately 1".
10.
Ensure
your FLO or Spine location is in the proper position and bond the heads to the
shafts with 24-hour cure shafting epoxy.
11.
Measure
the club to proper Length, mark the butt end with a felt marker, confirm they
are the proper lengths according to your Fitting Blueprint, and cut each shaft.
12.
Install
the consistent weight sorted grips on the butt end of the club to the proper
finished Grip Size according to your Fitting Blueprint.
13.
If
irons check and adjust according to your Fitting Blueprint and record the Lie
and Loft of each golf club.
14.
Record
the Swingweight of each golf club.
15.
Test
the final assembly for; Lie Angle, Face Impact, Grip Size, Feel, and
Performance to confirm they are correct for your Client.
